Here you can find information on how to make a return and what happens once you've sent it back. You have 14 days from the day you received your package to decide whether you'd like to keep your products.
Contact us at [email protected]. Please label your email with "RETURN" in the subject line, and include your order number and the products you wish to return. We will then email you instructions for how to make a return.
Once we have registered your returned items, we will inform you via email. We will then refund your payment if you've already paid. If you chose to pay by invoice and returned your items within the return period, you do not need to pay the invoice, but we recommend pausing the invoice in the Klarna app or by contacting Klarna.
Please remember that it can take up to 3 weeks for the return package to reach us and be processed at our warehouse during high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience as we work to process your return as quickly as possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact and attached to the garment.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the day you or your representative received the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
The item must be returned to us as soon as possible, and you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. The item should be sent back well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging if applicable.

Please note that, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of body care products and bikinis/underwear.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.
